Hi, I’m Kelly Branch, owner of Vine & Branch! I’m an independent hairstylist renting a booth out of Southside Salon.

I specializing in hair cuts and color with Davines products, a high sustainable color hair line. Their lightener is formulated to respect and protect the hair while going lighter. I chose this high end color line to keep my clients hair look and feeling it’s best.

I’m passionate, faith-driven, and a proud mom of two beautiful girls, Olive and Blessen. I love keeping up with the latest trends, taking classes, and always improving my craft.

One of my favorite childhood memories is sneaking red lipstick from my Nana’s bathroom—it’s no surprise I became a beauty professional!

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

It’s best to book 1-2 weeks ahead, especially for color services or weekends. Last-minute openings do pop up, so feel free to check my online schedule or text me.

What should I do before my color appointment?

Arrive with clean, dry hair from the past 24 hours. Avoid heavy oil or styling products so your hair lifts and deposits evenly.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes! I offer free 10-15 minute consultations to talk through your goals, Maintance, pricing, and what will work best for your hair type and lifestyle.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I kindly ask for a 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. This helps me accommodate other clients and keep my schedule running smoothly.

Late cancelations/No show: Late cancelations (under 48 hours) A fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. For all new bookings a credit card is required.

What is the difference between a trim and a haircut?

A trim keeps your current shape and removes split ends, while a haircut changes length, layers, or style. Both take skilled shaping to maintain healthy beautiful hair.

What if I’m not sure what service to book?

No worries just send me a message or book a consultation. You can also send me photos, and I’ll help guide you to the right service so we can achieve the look you want.

What is it like sitting in your chair?

Expect good vibes, honest talk, and a stylist who genuinely cares about your hair. I’m here to make you feel confident, pampered, and understood— whether we’re doing a full transformations or just a trim. And yes… we will probably laugh at least once.
